• Proposal expiration: Quotes and room holds are valid for 7 calendar days from delivery due to live resort inventory and seasonal rate changes.

• Fee terms: The $97 fee is a non-refundable professional service fee covering custom research, time, and family travel expertise.

How It Works

1. Complete checkout: Pay the non-refundable planning fee.

2. Submit your intake form: Fill out the intake questionnaire on the confirmation page (telling us your kids’ ages, pool/beach preferences, budget, and dietary needs).

3. Review proposals: Receive your custom resort proposals within 3–5 business days.

4. Lock it in: Choose your top pick, refine details (up to 2 revisions), and let us handle all room reservations and transfer bookings!
