- Shore excursion guidance: up to 3 curated shore excursion options per port and direct booking support, as allowed.
- Dedicated support: up to 2 rounds of proposal revisions to fine-tune your itinerary.
How It Works
- Pay & complete intake: pay the $97 planning fee and complete the quick 5-minute family travel questionnaire.
- Review your proposals: receive your custom 2–3 options within 3–5 business days, then we’ll refine details together (up to 2 revision rounds).
- Book & relax: we lock in your cruise/tour, secure your pre/post hotel and theme park/attraction tickets, and deliver your organized itinerary.
Scope & Limitations
- Group capacity: covers up to 2 staterooms/rooms or up to 6 guests total. (Need 3+ rooms or 7+ guests? Request a Custom Group Quote)
- Pre/Post-stay boundary: covers up to 1 stationary hotel stay before and/or after your main cruise or tour (regardless of night count), plus attraction tickets during that stay window. Multi-hotel road trips or custom multi-city land routes are excluded.
- Revisions included: up to 2 rounds of proposal adjustments within original scope.
- Quote expiration: rates and inventory are guaranteed for 7 calendar days from proposal delivery.
- Fee forfeiture: if communication pauses and a booking is not finalized within 14 calendar days of receiving your options, the planning fee is forfeited and a new agreement is required to resume.
